Certainty when you need care: basic health insurance plus the supplements that suit you.
Good health insurance gives you certainty when you need care. Everyone in the Netherlands is required to have basic health insurance. On top of that you can choose supplementary insurance that fits your personal situation.
What is covered?
Basic health insurance covers, among other things:
- care from your GP;
- hospital care and medical specialists;
- many medicines;
- mental health care;
- various other forms of medically necessary care.
For care that is not, or not fully, covered by the basic insurance, you can choose supplementary insurance to suit your wishes.
Which health insurance suits you?
The cheapest health insurance is not automatically the best choice. We look at premium and quality, such as your freedom to choose care providers, reimbursements and additional cover. We look at your personal situation and help you choose a health insurance policy that fits.
